I am a seasoned marketing and communications leader with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Communication for the Channel Islands YMCA Association, I have successfully implemented strategies that resulted in a 60% membership growth, even during challenging times. My leadership in modernizing the marketing department has established the YMCA as a pioneer in digital engagement, including the introduction of on-demand streaming services and mobile app access for members.

With extensive experience in consulting through NRM Consulting, I have overseen the development of Web3 tokens and crafted go-to-market strategies, achieving a market cap exceeding $10 million. My expertise in communication and marketing extends to managing client relationships and executing high-impact campaigns across multiple states and countries.

In my previous role as General Manager at Boulder Channel 8, I lead the digital transformation of a television station, achieving accolades such as an Emmy Award. At Louisiana State University, where I directed multimedia content that elevated the university's brand and engagement,  I reached a significant milestones in social media, by being one of the first SCE schools to reach 1 million followers.

Through a strong technical background and a comprehensive understanding of brand management, I excel in strategic planning, M&A communication, and team leadership. My creative vision with data-driven decisions enhance content and drive results.
